James M. Fletcher, Jr., 50, of Bald Knob died Monday. He was a retired manager of Dollar General Store.

A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the First Christian Church of Bald Knob.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda Sullivan Fletcher; two sons, Tommy Fletcher of Searcy, and Kenneth Fletcher of Prague, Oklahoma; one daughter, Mrs. Tina Johnson of Prague, Oklahoma; one brother, Joe Fletcher of Little Rock; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Mae Brooks of Gillette and Miss Reva Fletcher of Little Rock; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Powell Funeral Chapel at Bald Knob with the Rev. Lester Bickford and Dale Street officiating.

Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery by Powell.
