Husband of Evelyn Hill Eldridge
Mr. Henry Marshall "Hank" Eldridge, age 80, of Forrest City, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, at his home. Mr. Eldridge was born July 16, 1928, in Potts Camp, Miss., the son of Bud Eldridge and Stella Adkins Eldridge. He lived in Forrest City for most of his life, was a sales clerk, a veteran of the Korean War and a Baptist. Mr. Eldridge married Evelyn Hill in 1969, and she survives him along with three daughters, Debbie Hatcher, Shelia May and Paula Rhea all of Forrest City; two sons, Tony Crowder and Paul Crowder both of Forrest City; 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation for Mr. Eldridge was held on Monday, Nov. 3, 2008, at 1 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services followed visitation graveside at 2 p.m. at Forrest Park Cemetery.
