Mrs. Joyce Fay Feltman, age 64, of Hughes, went to be with her Lord, Saturday, at the Methodist Hospital in Memphis. She had been in poor health for the past several years.
Mrs. Feltman was born August 6, 1949, in Newport, Arkansas, and was the daughter of J. W. McCartney and Jewell Thrasher McCartney. She lived in Hughes most of her life, was co-owner of Cotton & Country Fabric and Home Decor Outlet in Hughes, and was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Hughes.
Mrs. Feltman married David Monroe Feltman in 1966, and he survives her along with two daughters; Holly Twyford, and husband, Mark, of Hot Springs, and Laura Parker, and husband, Craig, of Hughes, two sisters; JoAnn McCartney of Hughes, and Sherry Taylor of Forrest City, and three grandchildren; Caroline, Seth, and Faith.
Services for Mrs. Feltman will be held at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 2:00 P.M., Thursday, with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery.
