Glenn Doyle Tarvin, age 78, of Judsonia, died Monday April 11, 2011 at his home. He was born October 24, 1932 in Monette, Ark. to the late George and Sarah Scott Tarvin.
Mr. Tarvin was a retired Welder Helper with the Local Union 798 out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Survivors include his sons, Roger (Fran) Tarvin and George (Lanna) Tarvin; a daughter, Kathy (Kirk) Kirkland; a brother, Dale Tarvin and Jack Tarvin; sisters, Ruth Glaze and Mary Nugent; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lillian Tarvin; a son, Jimmy Tarvin.

Lillian Lee Tarvin, 75, of Judsonia, died Thursday, December 31, 2009. She was born September 4, 1934 in Shirley, Arkansas a daughter of the late Jim and Lillie Kuykendall Bench. Mrs. Tarvin was retired from General Industries, was a homemaker and a member of the Highway Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Tarvin; sons, Roger Tarvin (Fran) of Cabot and George Tarvin (Lanna) of Judsonia; a daughter, Kathy Kirkland (Kirk) of Lufkin, Texas; 3 sisters, 4 brothers, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Tarvin and 1 sister.
Visitation will be Sunday, 6-8 p.m. Services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Bald Knob. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob-Judsoni
