Springdale-(Special)-Albert B. Harp, 73, lifelong resident of Springdale and community, died yesterday at the County Hospital in Fayetteville. Mr. Harp was born August 16, 1878 in Springdale, the son of the late Wiley and Alice Kennen Harp. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maude Bragg Harp; six sons, Don, John, Buran, Jess, and Frando Harp, all of Springdale, and Jordan Harp of Wichita, Kan.; three daughters, Mrs. Blanche Wade, Mrs. Beatrice Sherry, and Mrs. Manda Clark, all of Springdale; four stepchildren, Thomas Overton, Des Moines, Iowa, Riley Overton, Wichita, Kan., Mrs. Oval Whittle and Mrs. Minnie Leslie, both of Springdale, three brothers, Charlie and Bennie Harp of Portersville, Calif., and Hosea Harp of San Bernandino, Calif.
Three sisters, Mrs. Frances Vanzant, Springdale, Mrs. Lizzie Tillman, Muskogee, Okla., and Mrs. F1orence Roberts, also of Muskogee; 25 grandchildren and
10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. in the Sonora Schoolhouse by James L. Neal. Burial will he in the Sonora cemetery, under the direction of Callison-Sisco Funeral Home.
