Thursday, June 3, 1965
Springdale — Ward C. Harp, 72, of Sonora, died yesterday at his home. He was born Nov. 23, 1892 in Springdale and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Callie M. Harp of the home; four sons, Willard of Elm Springs and Dempsey, Billie and Howard all of Springdale; one daughter, Mrs. Bob Sara Mays of Springdale; three brothers, Henry of Stockton, Calif., Tom Harp of Idaloo, Tex. and Clyde of Springdale; four sisters, Miss Ollie Harp and Mrs. Margaret Vaughan of Springdale, Mrs. Maude Sills of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Hattie Hensley of Gentry; and 16 grandchildren.
Funeral will he at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Callison-Sisco Chapel. Burial hi Sonora Cemetery.
