Born in Benton, Ark. to John Joseph Cothern and Sarah Ann McCormick, resident of Forrest City for 42 years-Family: Preceded in death by her husband, J. Lawrence Nicholas, and a son, Don Nicholas in 1998; She is survived by one son, Larry Nicholas of Forrest City; two daughters, Bobbie Harrell of Mims, Fla., and Juldy Kelch of Forrest City; two brothers, J.W. Cothern of Colt and Henry Cothern of Memphis; two sisters, Pauline Downey of Okla. City, Okla., and Eunice Martin of Wynne; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Died in Memphis at the Methodist Hospital.
