Son of George P. and Alice Harris Bramel Walker
Clement Walker, prominent landowner of St. Francis County was born on Nov.25,1908, the son of Mrs. Alice H. (Bramel) Walker and the late George P. Walker Sr. of Forrest City. He was a man of high integrity, upright in thought and deed. He graduated from Forrest City High School, and completed his formal education at Hendrix College. He was a member of the Methodist church, the Country Club, and the Lions Club. On Jan.17,1937, he married Lois Ellis, daughter of Lewin M. and Emma (Reeves) Ellis of Cross County, and to this union were born three children, Rosalind Ann, Frances Lois, and William Clement Jr.
