Husband of Claudia J Ming
Mr. Jack Monroe Ming, age 61, of Forrest City, formerly of Marked Tree, died Saturday, March 23, 2002, at Crestpark Skilled Care in Forrest City. Mr. Ming, a U.S. Army veteran, was a retired rural development loan officer for the U.S. government. He was a member of the Forrest Hills United Methodist Church and was involved in the United Methodist Men's club, the American Legion and Blanntown Hunting Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dicksie Louise and Robert Manley Ming. Mr. Ming is survived by his wife, Claudia Ming of Forrest City; two sons, James Ming of Southaven, Miss. and Jason Ming of Jonesboro; a daughter, Jennifer Adams of Northfield, Ill.; two sisters, Sarah Payne of West Memphis and Emma Lou Ming of Jonesboro; a brother, Jerry Ming of Marked Tree and two grandchildren. Graveside funeral services for Mr. Ming were held today, Tuesday, March 26, 2002, at 10 a.m., at Forrest Park Cemetery with Dr. Floyd Ray officiating the service. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis was in charge of arrangements.
