Wife of Willie Mac Kennedy
Mrs. Dorothy Kennedy, age 62, of Colt, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2006, at her home.
Mrs. Kennedy was born Sept. 25, 1943, in Widener, the daughter of Frank H. Mitchusson and Connie Armor Mitchusson. She lived in St. Francis County for most of her life, was retired from Reltoc and was a Baptist.
Mrs. Kennedy married Mac Kennedy in 1959 and he survives her along with two sons, Billy Kennedy and Joe Kennedy both of Colt; one daughter, Janet Kennedy Yaw of West Memphis, a sister, Jane Fleming of South Carolina; one brother, Alan Mitchusson of Kennedy, Texas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation for Mrs. Kennedy will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Stevens Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
