Mr.Claud S. Jackson of Forrest City died Tuesday Apr.16,1991 at Baptist Central Hosp. in Memphis, He was 78. Born Oct.20,1912 In Forrest City, the son of Andrew Jackson and Annie Stallworth Jackson. He lived here all his life and was retired from the Forrest City Water Dept.. A Baptist, and a member of the Amercian Legion. He leaves his wife, Claudie Ruth Martin Jackson of the home; a son, Travis Jackson of Forrest City; and three grand children: Tiffanie, Amy and Kelly, all of Forrest City; Servcies at Stevens FH, with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Claudie Ruth Jackson Anderson, age 96, of Forrest City, died Wednesday at the Crestpark Retirement Inn in Forrest City. She had been in poor health for the past several years.
Mrs. Anderson was born January 30, 1916, in Senatobia, Mississippi, and was the daughter of Edwin Kelley Martin and Ollie Douglas Martin. She lived in Forrest City most of her life, was retired from First National Bank of Eastern Arkansas in Forrest City, and was a member of the New Touch Ministries in Wynne.
Mrs. Anderson married Claud S. Jackson in 1935, and he preceded her in death in 1991. She married Charles David Anderson in 1993, and he preceded her in death in 2002. She is survived by one son, Travis M. Jackson of Forrest City, one step-daughter, Jeanette Weaver of Arlington, Tennessee, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Anderson will be held Graveside, Forrest Park Cemetery, 11:00 A.M., Friday. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M., Friday at Stevens Funeral Home until the time of the service. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
