Bill Johnson, 78, of St. Charles Arkansas passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 in DeWitt, Arkansas. Mr. Johnson was born February 22, 1930 in Elaine, Arkansas to the late Louie M. Johnson and the late Nettie Dunahue Johnson.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kodie Hulsey Johnson of St. Charles; a son, Norval Ray Lollar of St. Charles; a daughter, Betty Conatser of Florida; brother, Iria Spears of Picayune, Mississippi; sister, Earlene Griffin of Tupelo, Mississippi; grandson, Norval Lollar, Jr. of Lousiana; granddaughter, Sonya Simons of Dallas, Texas; 4 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Bill Johnson will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Roller-Citizens. Lynn Lumpkin will officiate.
