Don w. Brinn, 69, retired farmer and cattleman, died Friday at the Baptist Memorial Hospital-Blytheville.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Cobb Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
He was a member of the 13th and Main Church of Christ and was a Korean War veteran.
Mr. Brinn, the husband of Betty Miles Brinn, also leaves four daughters, LaDonna May of Mobile, Ala., Cynthia Yoerger of Little Rock, Rose Myers of Ash Flat, and Lori Thaxton of Blytheville; two sisters, Burleene Brinn Sheofee of Blytheville and Bonnie Phillips of Nashville; a brother, John Brinn of Michigan; and six grandchildren.

Mrs. Betty Brinn, age 77, widow of Don Brinn of Blytheville passed away Monday, September 27, 2010, at her home.
Born in Keiser, Arkansas, to Marvin Noah Miles and Alice Viola Johnson Miles, she was a graduate of Arkansas State University and a teacher in her early years in Rives, Missouri. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed the many precious moments spent with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don Brinn; a sister, Felton Metcalf; and her son-in law, Larry May.
She is survived by her daughters, LaDonna May of Mobile, Alabama, Cynthia and Steven Yoerger of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Rose and Billy Myers of Ash Flat, Arkansas, and Lori and James Thaxton of Blytheville, Arkansas; two brothers, Erbon Miles of Ravenden, Arkansas and Travis Miles of Bald Knob, Arkansas; one sister, Inez Morris of Memphis, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Christopher May, Wade May, Niki Knight, Ellen Gann, Suzanne Thaxton and Kyle Thaxton; two step-grandchildren, Lisa May Quick and Michael May; seven great-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 30, 2010, in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gary Hyde and Reverend Jeff Lammers officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
