SPRINGDALE — Cellia Robertha Rasdon, 73, of Springdale died July 17, 2004, at Springdale. She was born Oct. 8, 1930, in Poplar Ridge to Ira Frederick and Sarah Elizabeth Strickland Caldwell. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a retired nurse and social worker for the Area Agency on Aging. Her hobbies included gardening, fishing, quilting and writing poetry. She was preceded in death by one grandson and one great-grandson.
Survivors include one son, Larry Rasdon and wife Jeanie of Springdale; four daughters, Barbara Howard and husband Eldon of Jonesboro, Linda Lance and husband James of West Fork, Donna Johnson and husband Gary of Springdale and Patricia Higgins of Springdale; one brother, Carroll Caldwell; one sister, Imogene Osburn; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home in Springdale with John Hutchens officiating.
Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Wendell Fort, Fred Barney, Scott Brown, Sherman Bui, William Hartman and Damon Bland.
