Woman dies after taking injection for Malaria
Blytheville-Mrs. Louis Bass, aged 23, wife of Carl Bass of Leachville, died suddenly in a dug store at Leachville, 28 miles west of here, Monday night after a hypodermic injection had been administered for malaria fever. Heart failure was given as cause of death. She live in Blytheville until recently.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mary Louise; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. N W Brigham three sisters, Mrs. B T Worthy, Mrs. Herschel Smart and Miss Maxine Brigham, and two brothers, Newell and Audnely Brigham, all of Blytheville. The Rev. Alfred S. Harwell will conduct funeral services Wednesday and burial will be at Maple Grove cemetery.
