Charles Huffman, 71, retired machine operator for the Randall Corp., died Sunday at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cobb Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Huffman, the husband of Mary Bowen Huffman, also leaves two daughters, Brenda Combs of Hindman, KY, and Connie Smith of Gosnell; a son, Rodney Huffman of Dyersburg; a sister, Sandra Collins of Blytheville; two brothers, Chester Cooper Huffman and Owen Huffman, both of Huffman, AR; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Murvin E. Huffman and Annie Hicks Huffman; and three sisters, Edna Lee Askins, Reba Fern Lucy and Martha Ann Huffman

Mary L. Huffman, 77, of the Huffman community passed from this life on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at her home.
Born in Caledonia, MS, to P.E. and Ollie Mae Edwards Bowen.
She was a member of Mary's Chapel Baptist Church and retired from ACCO. Mary loved to quilt and sew and work in her garden. She enjoyed cooking and canning, but most of all, she enjoyed the special times she spent with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Murvin Huffman; and brothers, Billy Bowen and Kenneth Bowen.
She is survived by her children, Rodney Huffman and wife, Gloria of Dyersburg, TN, Connie Smith and husband, Jim of Blytheville; stepdaughter, Brenda Combs and husband Roger, of Hindman, KY; brother, James Bowen of Michigan City, IN; sisters, Myrtie Howington of Paragould, Charlotte Allison of Tyronza, AR and Leta Bowen of Truman, AR; grandchildren, Blaine Huffman, Ryan Huffman, Alana Lovins, Jay Smith and Jeffrey Smith; great grandchild, Ava Cate Smith; step grand-child, Selina Hall and step great grandchild, Braxton Hall.
Funeral services were in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
