SPRINGDALE — Michael David "Mike" Lewis, 58, of Springdale died Aug. 20, 2010, near Elkins. He was born Oct. 8, 1951, in Dayton, Ohio, to Farnum O. and Emily Jean Johnson Lewis.
He lived in Springdale for the past 25 years and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, was devoted to his family, and was a home-builder and craftsman.
Survivors include three children, Scott Lewis and wife Jessica and Sarah Lewis, all of San Diego, Cidnie Lewis of the home; a stepson, Jonathan Fitzpatrick of Springdale; his mother, Jean Lewis of Russellville, Ky.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Springdale. Burial will be at Bluff Cemetery.
