Rhunia Anna Mae Condrey Edington, 71, of Melbourne, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.
She was born March 22, 1942 in Herpel, Arkansas the daughter of Weldon Condrey and Bessie Neal Condrey.
She enjoyed traveling, especially spending time at the beach, family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Herpel Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Raymond Edington of Melbourne; two sons, Tony Edington and wife, Paula, of Southside and Randy Edington and wife, Joann, of Little Rock; two daughters, Janey Mullins and husband, Danny, of Batesville and Donna Strayer and husband, Jay, of Prim; eight grandchildren, Tosha Edington, Jason Edington, Nathaniel Edington, J.W. Mullins, all of Batesville, Steven Strayer of Drasco, Clayton Strayer of Greenbrier, Kim Burns of Conway and Christopher Henderson of Little Rock; four step-grandchildren, Daniel Mullins, Ron Trice, Joseph Reeves, Tim Reeves; five great-grandchildren, Katelynn Edington, Madison Edington, Karmree Edington, Hailey Strayer, and Brailey Strayer; nine step great-grandchildren, Joshlynn Bunch, Christopher Bunch, Malichi Mullins, Jaymas Mullins, Jayden Trice, Emma Trice, America Reeves, Mazy Reeves, and Billie Espinosa; two sisters, Ruth Hill of Mountain View and Rava Stewart and husband, Doug, of Cashmere, Washington; daughter-in-law, Tammy Edington of Batesville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
A funeral service was at 10 a.m., Friday, June 21, 2013 at the Roller-Crouch Chapel in Melbourne with Gary Don Fletcher officiating.
Burial followed at Reeves Cemetery near Guion by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Mullins, Nathaniel Edington, J.W. Mullins, Jason Edington, Steven Strayer and Clayton Strayer. Honorary pallbearers are Jackie Engles, William Mullins, Randall Loveless, Jamie Sisk and Keith Grimes.
Memorial may be made to Herpel Missionary Baptist Church, 306 S. Bayou, Mountain View, AR 72560
