Samuel Oryn Dean "Sam" Starnes, 21, of Hindsville died May 18, 2010, near Cherokee City. He was born March 4, 1989, in Hindsville to Jon Michael and Amanda Catherine "Kittie" Clark Starnes.
He was a logger for Long Valley Logging and a 2008 graduate of Huntsville High School.
Survivors include one son, Braxton Michael Starnes, of Huntsville; mother, Amanda Clark, of Hindsville; one brother, Joshua Adam Starnes and wife, Courtney, of Sonora; two sisters, Amanda Jonah Starnes, of Centerton, and Ashton Lea Rose Starnes, of Hindsville.
Services were 2 p.m. Saturday, May 22 at the First Baptist Church in Hindsville. Burial will be in the Buckeye Cemetery at Buckeye.
