Marilyn Schreiner, 59, of Batesville died Sunday, January 22, 2012 at her home.
She was born on Saturday, October 4, 1952 in Fort Morgan, Colorado and was the daughter of Rue Rogers and Barbara (Malone) Rogers.
She owned a child day care center in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Marilyn loved to bake and she especially loved baking with her grandchildren. She also loved to watch the birds and squirrels and take short country rides. Spending time with her family was what she liked best of all. She was a member of the Ruddell Hill Baptist Church where she loved going to the church events.
Survivors include her husband of 43 ½ years, Robin Bruce Schreiner of Batesville; two sons: Mike Schreiner and his wife, Kim and Matt Schreiner and his wife, Krystal all of Cave City; one daughter, Laura Robbins and her husband, Travis of Bethesda; four grandchildren: Avery Robbins and Emma Robbins both of Bethesda, Wyatt Barnt and Addysen Schreiner both of Cave City; her mother, Barbara Rogers; three brothers: Stan Rogers of Nampa, Idaho; Miles Rogers of Chico, California; Brian Rogers of Ledyard Center, Connecticut; and four sisters: Rue Price of Wallace, Kansas; Connie Dorsing of Fruitland, Idaho; Veronica Branton of Garnett, Kansas, Nancy Woodruff of Kalispell, Montana.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Karen Rogers.
A memorial celebration will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Ruddle Hill Baptist Church in Batesville.
Cremation services are by Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
