December 19, 1883 - December 11, 1968
J. B. "Britt" Moore, well-known resident of Ouachita County and the Frenchport Community, died Wednesday in a local hospital. Mr. Moore was a retired timberman and a member of the First Christian Church of Camden. Survivors include his widow of Camden; two daughter, Miss Gertrude Moore of Little Rock and Mrs. Victor Gordy, Jr. of Greenville, Tex.; a son, Carl Moore of Camden; three sisters, Mrs. George Hammond, Mrs. E. P. Hammond and Miss Grace Moore, all of El Dorado. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Proctor Funeral Home in Camden with burial to follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery near Louann.
