Billie V. Bush, 83, of Gulfport, Miss., formerly of Conway, died Wednesday (Oct. 15, 1997). A son of the late J. Marvin and Cordelia Bush of Conway, he was an athlete at Conway High School and Hendrix College in the 1930s, a veteran of World War II and the Korean War and was retired from the Navy and civil service at Keesler Air Force Base in Gulfport.
Survivors are his wife, Helen Bush; a daughter, Sally Bush of Gulfport; a son, Keats Bush of Gulfport; and a brother, Burl K. Bush of Little Rock. The body was cremated and burial will be later in Conway.
