Mrs. Tillie Mae Estridge, 75, of Camden, died in a Ouachita County hospital at 3 a.m. Thursday following a long illness. Mrs. Estridge was born July 11, 1889 in Union County. She has lived in Camden for the last 54 years and is a member of the First Christian Church of Camden. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Martha Dumas, El Dorado; Mrs. Mary Amason, McNeil; and one brother, John Daniels, El Dorado. Funeral services will be held at the Frenchport Assembly of God Church at Camden at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Troy Plunk officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Horeb Cemetery under the direction of Rumph Mortuary. Pallbearers will be M. G. Goodwin, Claude F. Evers, Orland Milner, Melvin Daniels, Aubrey Moore and Joe Rowand. The body will remain at Rumph Mortuary until 12:30 Friday. (The El Dorado Times - June 18, 1964)
