Benton County Man Found Dead At Home
ROGERS — The body of H.J. Lauless, 75, was found yesterday afternoon at his farm home three mites south of Rogers. Benton County Coroner Carl McKinney said death was the result of natural causes.
Lauless, who lived alone, had apparently been dead about 10 days when the body was discovered by a feed mill company employe checking Lau1ess' brooder houses.
The dead man had started 10,000 baby chicks apparently just prior to his death, the coroner said. Most of them were dead yesterday.
The body is being held at Callison Funeral Home here pending notification of relatives.
