Billy Joe Mullins, 25, of Jonesboro died Sunday, Nov. 24, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.

Born in Chicago, he had lived in Harrisburg before moving to Jonesboro 12 years ago. He was a delivery man for Home Ice Co. and was of the Church of Christ belief.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Hall of the home; two stepsons, Bo Hall and Johnny Hall, both of the home; one stepdaughter, Christy Harrison of Jonesboro; his parents, James W. and Geraldine Mullins Sr. of Harrisburg; three brothers, James W. Mullins Jr., Timmy Mullins and Michael Mullins, all of Jonesboro; two sisters, Rebecca Williams of Gravette and Robin Davis of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; and four step-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with David Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Potter Memorial Cemetery at Lepanto.

Active pallbearers will be Scott Platt, Michael Harrison, Cecil Daniel, Jimmy Hall, Jason Belt and David Klasky.

Honorary pallbearers will include Justin Warren, Bobby Barber, Tony Bittle, Donnie Davis and Kevin Lacey.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
