Bertie F. Trotter, 90, of Mtn. View, Arkansas went to be with her Lord on February 27, 2013 in Mtn. View. She was born on December 2, 1922 at Levisy Flat to Floyd and Dellar Henderson.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all that knew her. She was a member of the 1st Assembly of God Church of Mtn. View.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Guy Buchanan of Mtn. View, and Carolyn and Jim Acord of Ozark, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Tracy Buchanan, Stacy (Bobbie) Buchanan, Lance (Abby) Buchanan, all of Mtn. View, Kerry (Nick) Trotter and Jamie Hall all of Ozark, Arkansas; one step-grandson, Kris Acord of Clarksville, Arkansas; eight great-grandchildren and two step great grandchildren; two brothers, Doc Henderson of Mtn. Home, Arkansas and Paul Henderson of California; one sister, Bobbie Haney of Mtn. View and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 61 years, Burton Trotter; four brothers, and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00, with funeral services following visitation at 2:00 on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the 1st Assembly of God Church with burial at Levisy Flat Cemetery with Brother Don Nye and Brother C.L. Haston officiating.
Pallbearers will be Brent Thornsberry, Terry Poling, Scott Henderson, Kevin Henderson, Gary Henderson, and Tim Henderson. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to 1st Assembly of God Church in Mtn. View.
