LEPANTO Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Slack, 53, of Lepanto, formerly of Bondsville, died Sept. 6, 2008.
Born April 5, 1955, she was a Regional Aids Interfaith Network Volunteer, Lepanto Red Hat Club organizer and of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Renee, son-in-law, Brad and granddaughter, Abby Clair Jones, all of Osceola; parents, Wilburn and Mary "Minnie" Slack of Lepanto; and brother; Dale Slack and wife, Judy of Rivervale.
Services will be Wednesday afternoon at 2 in Lepanto First Baptist Church with burial in Potter Cemetery.
Visitation will be this evening from 6-8 at Wilson's Osceola Funeral Home.
