Wife of Sammy A Watson
Wilma Joyce Watson, 56, of Lavaca, died Thursday, June 5, 2008, in her home. She was born December 31, 1951, in Charleston to the late Delphia House and Clara Elkins House. She was a homemaker and attended the First Southern Baptist Church in Central City.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 9, 2008, at the First Southern Baptist Church in Central City. Interment will be at Measles Cemetery in Lavaca.
She is survived by her husband, Sammy A. Watson of the home; one daughter, Tonya Hearn & husband Clyfton of Lavaca; one son, Chris Watson & wife Gayla of Danville; four sisters, Delca Hewitt of Springdale, Eunice Waggoner of Fort Smith, Betty Berry of Charleston, and Connie Cox of Fort Smith; one brother, J.D. House of Lavaca; and four grandchildren,Taylee, Brooklyn, Cayden & Cooper and one on the way, Paige.
Pallbearers will be Alan Bearden, Mark Bearden, Johnny House, Dennis Waggoner, Delbert Berry, Dewayne Berry, Jimmy Watson, and Aaron Watson.
