Cecil D. Bolinger, 61, of Route 5, Huntsville, died Dec. 17 in Huntsville Memorial Hospital. Born Sept. 4, 1920 at Loy, he was the son of Dalton and Carrie Ellen Brandenburg Bolinger. He was a member of the Church of Christ, a forest ranger and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Roxie Easterling Bolinger of the home; a son, Bobby Bolinger of Midwest City, Okla.; a brother, Norman Bolinger of Boise, Idaho; and a grandchild.
Services were at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brashears Funeral Home, Huntsville, with Bill Hooten officiating. Burial was in the Huntsville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bobby Cook, James Parker, Eric Curl, Rex Bolinger, Harold Logan and Dale Graham.

Roxie Bolinger, 91, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died March 29, 2013 at Countryside Retirement Ceneter in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was born June 30, 1921 at Wharton, Arkansas, the daughter of James Thomas and Pearl Reynolds Easterling. She was a homemaker, a member of the Huntsville Church of Christ and active in the Madison County Senior Activity Center. She was the widow of Cecil D. Bolinger who preceded her in death on December 17, 1981. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ewell Easterling, Ewen Easterling and Arlis Easterling and two sisters, Jewell Parson and Mable Steele.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Nancy Bolinger of Huntsville, Arkansas; one sister, Faye Bolinger of Bend, Oregon; one grandson and granddaughter-in-law, LTC Todd and Lillian Bolinger of Kandahar, Afghanistan and San Antonio, Texas; one great-grandson, Noah Bolinger of San Antonio, Texas and one great-granddaughter, Lucy Jane Bolinger of San Antonio, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Tuesday, April 2, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Glenn Thomas and Lyndell Thomas officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home
