Mrs. Sarah Lucinda "Oval" Boyd, 84, of Huntsville, Ark., died Oct. 19, 1992, at Huntsville Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 17, 1907, at Wesley, the daughter of William and Lucy Jane Duncan Neal. She was a homemaker and a member of the Huntsville Freewill Baptist Church and Huntsville Chapter #487, The Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of Ewell Everett Boyd, who preceded her in death on April 14, 1957.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Carroll Sugg of Harrison and Norma and Harrel Chancellor of Huntsville; two grandsons, Larry Chancellor of Springdale and Brent Sugg of Springfield, Mo.; two granddaughters, Mrs. Marcia Martens of Fayetteville and Mrs. Melinda Love of Springfield, Mo.; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Lonny Burks and the Rev. Jim Spurlock officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Brent Sugg, Larry Chancellor, Jay Martens, Jonathan Chancellor, Derald Parks and Charles Gurley.
