Helen Louise Eledge, 83, of Huntsville died Feb. 16, 2008, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born March 16, 1924, in Washington, D.C., to Oliver and Rosie Moreland.
She was a retired nurse's aide and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Ely "Ed" Eledge, on March 25, 1999, and one daughter and granddaughter.
Survivors include three sons, Elton "Red" Eledge Jr. and wife Judy of Post Falls, Idaho, Richard Eledge and Kenneth Eledge, both of Huntsville; one daughter, Shirley Wheat and husband Leroy of Aurora; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville, www.brashearsfuneralhome.net. Larry Combs will officiate.
Burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
