This is a new cemetery which was created about 2000. It is located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 16, Township 18, Range 27.

Driving directions: From Hindsville, Arkansas, take Highway 45 North (toward Clifty); go 5.1 miles. On the left there will be double stock gates. The cemetery is at the back side of this field and must be reached by driving along the lane beside the field. It is fenced nicely and has a sign over the entry gate of the cemetery reading "Shorty Burkes Cemetery".

From Clifty, Hwy 12 west of Clifty, turn south on Hwy 45, top of hill and around 2 curves, on the right hand side of road.(approx 1 mile)
