(Note: I think the name may actually be Alexander instead of Elixznader. This lady may well be Fanny Neel that married Richard Alexander in 1909 in Calico Rock, Izard Co., AR. If this is the case then her birth date is most likely 1885 as shown by the marriage record and the 1930 census record.)
