FAYETTEVILLE — Jacquelyn Nicole Kuczek, infant daughter of Chris and Diania Lacey Kuczek, was born and died Aug. 31, 1999, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Survivors include her parents of the home; three brothers, Jakub Kuczek of Poland, Joseph Lacey and Mathew Lacey, both of the home; one sister, Brittany Lacey of the home; paternal grandparents, Stanley Kuczek of Poland and Katie Kuczek of New York; maternal grandparents, Eldon and Kay Lacey of Fayetteville.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Beard's Funeral Chapel of Fayetteville with Buell Curtis officiating. Burial will be in Combs Chapel Cemetery.
No visitation is scheduled.
