HUNTSVILLE — Douglas Alan Munyon, 33, of Huntsville died Aug. 2, 2007, at his home. He was born June 9, 1974, in Fayetteville to Bob and Patsy Pennel Munyon. He was a member of the Eureka Springs Masonic Lodge. He served 12 years as a paramedic with the Eureka Springs Fire Department, Madison County EMS and Eagle Med Air Ambulance.

Survivors include his parents of Evansville; one son, Brett Turner of Munyon of the home; his wife Andrea Munyon of Huntsville; one sister, Joey Cox of Evansville; maternal grandmother, Dorothy McComas.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at Bethesda Cemetery pavilion near Morrow. Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jared Munyon, Michael Munyon, Josh Reed, Vance Patrick, Chris Brock and Mark Hudgens.

Honorary pallbearers will be Capt. Kevin Cox and members of the Eureka Springs Fire Department, Madison County EMS and Eagle Med Air Ambulance.

A memorial fund has been established at Simmons First Bank, Acct: 5221587 for his son Brett.

Arrangements are by Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, online at www.luginbuel.com.
