CENTERTON — Kepler Chanfling Howard-Cummingham, infant son of Jason and Jordana Cunningham of Centerton, died July 29, 2007, at Willow Creek Women's Hospital in Johnson.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, Gradin Howard-Cunningham of the home; maternal grandparents, Tim and Jane Howard of Tontitown; paternal grandparents, Brand and Vikki Cunningham of Tontitown; grandmother, Gail Jones of Farmington.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Elm Springs Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com.
