Paula Drue Wills, 80, of Norphlet, formerly of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020 in El Dorado. Born July 27, 1939 in Hartman, she was the daughter of Paul Thomas and Imogene Needham James. She retired as Executive Administrative Assistant to the President at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville and a Realtor. She was a member of Norphlet First Baptist Church and former long-time member of Clarksville First Baptist Church. To her family, she was known as Drue. She loved family gatherings, and was known for her gardening, home-canning, sewing and cooking skills. To her grandsons, she was Nana, and nothing in life brought her more joy than that title. God blessed her family with six additional years of her love following a previous serious illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Betty New. Survivors include her son, the Rev. Doug Wills (Tammy) of Norphlet; a brother, Luke James (Cathy) of Blue Springs, Missouri; a sister, Molly McClaine (Carl), of Clarksville; and two grandsons, the Rev. Weston Wills (Ashlynn) and Mason Wills; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020 at 2 p.m. with services at 3 p.m. at Young's Chapel with the Rev. Doug Wills officiating. Interment will follow on Monday, Feb. 3, 2020 at 11 a.m. in West Mt. Zion Cemetery near Hartman, Arkansas under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
