Jimmy P. Kealy, 70, of Springdale passed away Thursday, July 20, 2006, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born Nov. 11, 1935, in Fort Scott, Kan., to the late Peter Philip and Ruth Emaline Piercy Kealy. He was a craftsman carpenter and of the Protestant faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, John Kealy and one granddaughter, Stephanie Kealy.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Kealy of Springdale; two sons, Philip and Lynnette Kealy of Fayetteville and Gary Kealy of Springdale; one daughter, Pam and Greg Cass of Little Rock; one brother, Bill Kealy of Bella Vista; one sister, Mary Ratliff of Farmington. He is also survived by three granddaughters, Jennifer Starnes and LynnAnn Maguire, both of Fayetteville, and Kaitlynn Kealy of Springdale; and two great-grandchildren, Halley and Jagger Starnes of Fayetteville.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 24 at Beard's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.beardsfuneralchapel.com.

The Rev. Rustin Cunningham will officiate. Interment will follow in Mount Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials in Jimmy's name may be made to Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale or the American Diabetes Association.
