ROGERS — Domonik Malik Sebastian DeAsis, infant son of Jerome and Angela DeAsis, died June 17, 2000, in Rogers. He was born Jan. 19. 2000, in Rogers.
Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, Danny and Wanda Polk of Rogers; paternal grandmother, Avalina Lepinski of Seattle, Wash.; great- grandmothers, Patricia Corlin of Garfield and Louise Polk of Palestine, Texas; four uncles, Mike Hardeman and Robert Hardeman, both of Rogers, Daniel Polk of Greer, S.C., David Polk of Palestine; two aunts, Pam Chesire of Anderson, Mo., and Nicole Christine Polk of Rogers; great-uncle, Lawrence Johnson of Cleveland, Texas; two great-aunts, Sharon McGirt and Linda Dry, both of Palestine.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Burkshed Cemetery south of War Eagle with pastor Tom Murphy officiating. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
There will be no visitation.
