Betty Jane Cavallino, age 71, of Lafayette, LA. died Thursday September 6, in Lafayette, LA. Born June 7, 1941 in Hermitage, AR. she was a retired waitress. Preceding her in death was her mother Alma Johnson Stewart, sons Eric Kitchell, Ronnie Cavallino and a granddaughter Stephanie Frank. Survivors are 1 son Keith Johnson, Houston, TX., 2 daughters Sandra Cordero, St. Gabriel, LA. and Teresa Kitchell, Prairie View, TX. 2 sisters Bonnie Laster, Jefferson, TX. and Judy Spears, Fordyce, AR. 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Monday September 10, at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church near Hermitage, AR. with Rev. Don Smith officiating. Judy Rankin was pianist. Burial was in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were James Johnston, Eddie Spears, Jerry Laster and Matthew Johnston.
