Kenneth Dewey Grissom the husband of Carol Lee (Fulbright) Grissom. Kenneth Dewey Barker Grissom the birth son of Carroll Grissom and Reva Smith Barker Grissom. The adopted son of Alva Grissom and Chlo (Smith) Grissom.

Kenneth Dewey Grissom

Kenneth Grissom, age 77 passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2011 in Conway, Arkansas. He was born December 14, 1933 in the Pearson community in Cleburne County, to Carroll and Reva Smith Barker.

He worked for 35 years with the National Weather Service as an electronic technician. He also loved mathematics, and was a graduate of Heald's Engineering College and was also an amateur radio operator. He was a member of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Carol Lee Fulbright Grissom of the Pearson community of Cleburne County; two daughters, Kenna Grissom of Pearson community and Kim Grissom of Cabot, AR; three grandchildren, Lexi, Polly and Tobias Grissom of Cabot, AR.

He is preceded in death by his birth parents; Carroll and Reva Smith Barker; his adopted parents, Alva and Chlo Smith Grissom; four brothers, Carroll D. Barker, Homer D. Barker, Truman Barker, and an infant brother; two sisters, Evie Jo Barker, and Evelyn Grissom.
