Anthony Rusakov, 10, of Little Rock, died June 28, 2009. He was born March 17, 1999, in Denver, Colo.
He is survived by his mother, Olga; twin brother, Phillip; grandmother, Galina; and half-brother, Nikita.
A celebration of Anthony's life will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Griffin Leggett Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, 1751 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, AR 72034, 327-5000.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital Heart Center, #1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202.
