Raymond G. Ramsey, 77, of Vilonia died yesterday (Oct. 5, 1989) at Doctors Hospital in Little Rock.
Born Dec. 14, 1911, at Vilonia, a son of Dozier A. and Eva Bass Ramsey, he was a retired farmer and maintenance supervisor for the Arkansas State Police, a member of Woodrow Church of Christ, a Mason and the husband of Mrs. Mildred Beers Ramsey.
Other survivors are a son, Kenneth Ramsey of Arkadelphia, a daughter, Mrs. Oma Clayton of Sherwood, a stepdaughter, Mrs. Margaret Ann Lockhart of Little Rock; a brother, T. R. Ramsey of Vilonia; two sisters, Mrs. Helan Mize of Conway and Mrs. Opal Smith of Cabot; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home. Graveside services with Masonic honors will be at Cypress Valley Cemetery at Vilonia.
