Rogers - Mrs. Matilda Jane Blackburn, 83, of Rogers, died in the Rogers hospital Tuesday. She was born Nov. 24, 1882 in Texas and was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Smith of Livermore, Calif.; three sons, Lonny, Truman and Raymond all of Rogers; one sister, Mrs. Mintie Bullington of Rogers; one brother, Robert White of Gravette; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rogers Freewill Baptist Church with burial in Tucks Chapel Cemetery under direction of Burns Funeral Home.
