Billie Sue Penn (MaPenn) of Lynn passed away December 3, 2016 at Woodlawn Nursing Home in Batesville, AR. She was 90.

She was born July 2, 1926 to Willie and Hester (Epperson) Casper in Lynn, AR. She was a lifetime resident of Lawrence County and a member of Lynn United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Neil Penn, a daughter Glenda Northcutt, 2 grandsons; Chris Penn and Marty Northcutt, 2 brothers; Sewell Casper and Joe Pat Casper, and a daughter-in-law Virginia Penn.

She is survived by 2 sons; Charles(Anita) Penn of Lynn and Ted Penn of Strawberry, grandchildren; Audrey (Brady) Gillmore of Batesville, AR, Mandy (Jared) Hughes of Branson MO, Mark (April) Penn of Jonenboro, AR and Tony Sharp of Strawberry, AR, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great- grand children.

Officating: Bro. Jerry Pentecost and Bro. Dennis Calaway.

Pallbearers: Alex Gillmore, Jason Gillihan, Dane Hadley, Mark Penn, Nathan Howard and Robert Northcutt.

Services: visitation- Monday December 5, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services are Tuesday December 6, 2016 at 11:00. Both services will be at Lynn United Methodist Church in Lynn, AR.

Burial will be at Dry Creek Cemetery in Lynn AR following the funeral.
