Hamburg, Arkansas
Gala Lynn Carr, 38, of Crossett died Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at the
University of Arkansas Medical Center in Little Rock. A lifelong resident of
Crossett, she was a homemaker and member of Lighthouse Pentecostal
Church.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar Carr; one son, Johnathan Carr of
Crossett; one daughter, Jamie Carr of Crossett; one brother, Troy McCrory
of Deumont, OK; and a special friend, Edward Jones of Crossett. She was
preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Dorothy Clark McCrory.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 13, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of
Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg with Bro. Charles Miller officiating.
Burial was at Unity Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steven Hodge, Dave
Edwards, Kevin Herrington, Michael Frisby, James Miller Jr. and David
Cherry.
