MELBOURNE — Viola Jewell Byler, 95, of Melbourne died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008, in Calico Rock.
Born Oct. 20, 1912, in Knob Creek, she was the daughter of William W. and Mary Richardson Byler. She had been employed by Pioneer Nursing Home as a kitchen aide. She was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include a nephew, David Byler of Melbourne.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; and a sister.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Knob Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are by Eddie's Family Funeral
