Theodore Ted Clark, 75, of Star Route, Norfork, died Saturday at the Calico Rock Medical Center. He was a retired laborer and he was a member of the Galatia Methodist Church.
Mr. Clark was born Sep 27, 1901, at Norfork, the son of Fred Clark and Laura Lackey Clark. He was a lifetime resident of Baxter County. He was married in 1920, at Norfork to Nora Lucy.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, at home, include four daughters, Mrs. Lillie Hendrix, Mrs. Mary May Watson and Mrs. Margaret Teagarden, all of Norfork, and Mrs. Peggy Sanders of Ellis Prairie, MO; four sisters, Mrs. Attie Wallace of Norfork, Mrs. Lois Whitehead of Bartlesville, OK, Mrs. Lovear Johnson of Kansas City, MO and Mrs. Ida Grigsby of Guion, 16 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildre. He was preceded in death by two sons, one brother and three sisters.
Funeral services were held at 2PM Monday at the Galatia Methodist Church, with Rev. Jack Langston officiating. Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeal Service.
Pallbeareres were Theo Funkhouser, Eudel Southard, Bill Bradbury, Gene Adams, Roe Whitfield, and Herbert Daniels.
