Virge A. McFall Dead At 79

Virge A. McFall, 79, 515 E. Oak St., Rogers, died at Rogers Memorial Hospital today.

He was born May 27, 1891, in Jerrico Springs, Mo. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jennie McFall of the home; a son, Charles McFall, Borger, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Iris Merritt, Gravette, and Mrs. Sue Hayes of Rogers; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Callison Funeral Chapel, Rogers, with the Rev. Roy Galyean and the Rev. Dean Newberry officiating.

Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery, under the direction of Callison Funeral Home of Rogers.

Jessie Love McFall, 80, died Saturday morning at a local nursing home. She was born Sep. 13, 1893 at Miller and resided at 515 E. Oak, Rogers. She was the widow of Virge McFall. She was a member of the Sunnyside Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Charles McFall, Borger, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Iris Merritt, Gravette; and Mrs. Sue Hayes, Rogers; one brother, Jess Love, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Bess Johnson, Ft. Smith; and Mrs. Lucy Langrell, Denver, Colo.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in Callison Chapel with the Rev. Roy Galyean officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Callison Funeral Home.
