James Alvis Horsey, 65, of Little Rock, passed away July 11, 2010. He was born in Little Rock to Mack and Frances Graves Horsey, and was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Judith Horsey; sons, Scott Horsey and Mike Horsey of Paron; daughter, Tanya Horsey, also of Paron; brothers, Roy Horsey (Sherry) of Roland and J.D. Horsey (Sidey) of Texas; sisters, Betty Barnes (Doc) of Little Rock and Sue Higginbotham of Alabama; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, July 16 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside Services will be Saturday, July 17 at 10 a.m. at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Jean Zulpo. Arrangements by Little Rock Funeral Home, (501) 224-2200.
